What is in it:

Suggested use: start with 2/3 scoop in 8 to 12 oz of cold water to assess tolerance. Once tolerance is established, mix 1 scoop with 8 to 16 oz of cold water 15 to 30 minutes before training.

Ran a few times and really like it. The 3 forms of caffeine is great, alpha yo hits nice, and small 10 gram serving is fantastic. Flavor just ok. Has everything for energy and focus you could need!
